Running has become a very popular sport for the average person. Taking part in marathons or running for the benefit of raising money for a cause is something that we hear of all the time. Even amongst the general community, there would not be many people who do not know of someone who takes part in such events. Running in a marathon is partially about the person in achieving their own success, and partially about self-discipline in pushing themselves to their physical limits. Running is the epitome of endurance sports where participants push themselves to find their limits as they prepare for major events.
